Returns & Exchanges

VOCLA offers a 14-day return period for all items, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange. Due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on underwear and swimwear if the items remain unworn and the protective hygiene strips are intact.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
